Strawberry Blondies

The recipe is adapted from this strawberry bread recipe. I omitted the cinnamon and added half a T of raspberry liqueur which gives the small cakes a wonderful flavor. I also baked them in individual brownie pan mainly for portion control. The cakes are super moist and have loads of natural strawberry flavor. One of these 2-inch pieces with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh strawberries will satisfy your craving for something sweet.
